History:

Coming from a family real estate company, I grew to love and know the real estate business.  My grandmother started a real estate company over 60 years ago in 1937.  Real estate has been a part of my life as long as I can remember.

I have been a licensed Realtor for over 14 years and am licensed in Illinois and Ohio.  I have received the Top Producer award in listings and/or sales for the past four years with LW Reedy Real Estate (an office of over 70 agents) and have achieved multi-million dollar salesperson status each year.

I have extensive education in the real estate field including a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation, and a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) designation.  I have also received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame.

I have a great knowledge of all aspects of financing including FHA, VA, and the more creative forms.  I also have extensive knowledge in the Internet and computers and have experience working with first time homebuyers.  I enjoy working with buyers and sellers on residential and commercial real estate.  My dedication assures reliable, dependable service.  Remember, real estate is in my blood!
