Before teaming up with my brother-in-law, Larry Reedy, in the real estate business, I was a legal assistant for a law firm in Chicago.  My experience assisting real estate attorneys gives me an advantage over other Realtors as I have seen the problems caused by hasty, sloppy, rude or unorganized real estate agents.  Through my experience with these attorneys and as a Realtor, I know that a property transaction does not end once the contract is executed.  A good Realtor acts as a facilitator between the cooperating parties of a real estate transaction while not overstepping the boundaries or expertise of a lawyer or mortgage lender.  If you allow me your trust, I will do everything I can to show you that I am deserving of it.  It is my personal work ethic to work hard for every penny I earn.  I am happy to be a part of a real estate family that shares in my philosophy.
