Our company is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support our office in Elmhurst, IL. The position will entail working directly with our admin staff and 90+ agents in our office to provide support on administrative tasks. We are looking for applicants that have a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and great organizational and communication skills.
- Provide strong clerical support including data entry, mailing, copying and scanning
- Answer, record and transfer all incoming phone calls
- Manage administrative email
- Input data entry such as listings and open houses in ConnectMLS
- Create documents and flyers for appropriate listings
- Assist and support agents with individual or other administrative projects
- Office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Superior organization skills, attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in high volume environment
- Real estate experience a plus (ConnectMLS knowledge)
Hours and Pay:
- $10-13/hr based on experience
- 12-18 hrs/week (daytime)
