LW Reedy Response to COVID-19
Dated: March 20 2020
By now we’ve heard the term “unprecedented times” quite a bit. Indeed they are, and every company in every industry is faced with determining how the COVID-19 crisis will impact them and their clients. At LW Reedy, we’re no different.
We’re writing to let you know that, over these next several weeks, we will communicate with our agents to discuss and share market trends and activity. We will continue to market our listings with the same professionalism and scope as always.
Many necessary restrictions have been put in place by our government leaders to help stop the spread of COVID-19, and we are expecting more to come. We have to change the way we do business. What will not change is our commitment to you.
We will continue to ensure that your home buying or selling experience goes as smoothly as possible. Your agent is as dedicated now as they were when the process started.
While this crisis is, indeed, unprecedented, LW Reedy has seen our clients through recessions, crashes and more challenges in our almost 70 years in real estate. We intend to continue to borrow from our past experiences, lean on the knowledge of our 90+ agents, and communicate with our local, state and national boards along with the local Realtor community to help you make the best real estate decisions for your family.
If you plan on making a real estate decision this year, we encourage you to stay in touch with your LW Reedy agent as we continue to monitor the local and national effects this crisis has on our market.
Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.
